1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Tuesday–Friday).
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Mondays.
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales periods or holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping service.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery: 6–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays outside our control may occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and delivery location.
Any active free shipping promotions or discounts will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
This tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the shipping carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed, or if tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist with a possible resolution, which may include:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Refund (when applicable)
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
KTBugs Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address updates may only be possible before the order has shipped.
