Cancel order Policy
1. Order Cancellation
At KTBugs Boutique LLC, customers may request to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at support@ktbugsbtq.com, provided the order has not yet entered processing.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Processing
Before Shipping
If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Returns
For approved returns, refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
Banking Processing Time
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
3. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, once the package is delivered, eligible items may still be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Requests related to incorrect shipping information are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Before Shipping
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
After Shipping
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel, reroute, or modify the shipping address. Please contact us immediately so we can help guide you through the next available steps.
